1800 M Street NW | Repositioning | Washington, DC

A building repositioning for an aging 1990’s Washington DC office building. The project was designed and developed through design development by Group Goetz Architects and completed by VOA. The repositioning included replacement of all windows, precast facade painting, new infill storefront at the retail level, new interior building lobby design and finishes, and a new spa like fitness center.
