GGA designed the original office space in 1997. The space was modern and clean, with offices at the perimeters and administrative workstations on the interior. However, as organizational needs changed because of an increase in staff, a reallocation of space and a higher density of administrative workstations was necessary. The decision was made to go from built in millwork workstations to systems furniture workstations. File areaas were located adjacent to work stations.

Additionally the client needed a larger conferencing center to accommodate a large number of meetings. The new conference center will provide additional space and a large breakout area to provide a comfortable place for visitors to gather before and after meetings.

Moreover, The reception area has been redesigned in orientation, finishes and feel. The new reception desk commands a stronger presence than the original desk. It is highlighted by the large format white quartz floor tiles and a wood floor to lead visitors to the Conference Center. The main focus of the entry space is a video wall with a large flat screen monitor. The lighting of the space directs attention to the video wall, as well as lead visitors towards the main conferencing center. The Conference Break-out area features a long concrete counter with barstools, commercial quality appliances and lounge seating at the perimeter of the space. There is also a large social cafe pantry with barstool seating and upholstered banquette seating.
