Group Goetz Architects (GGA) is a leading provider of full service architecture and interior design services to the federal, state and local governments. In 2008 GGA was ranked in the top five firms nationally by Interior Design magazine for government interiors. GGA has provided services for more then 20 government agencies, and five local and state governments. GGA provides a full range of services to the government including planning, facility programming, building renovations and modernizations, interior design services, construction administration services, graphics, move management, and CAFM services.
GGA’s government work includes IDIQ contacts with such agencies as the SEC, OCC, and PBGC and provides services to GSA under the ‘Design Excellence’ program for the 2 million SF modernizations of the Herbert C Hoover Building and the 850,000 SF GSA Regional Office Building.
GGA’s IDIQ contracts include architectural and interior design services for both large and small project and includes new construction, renovations, building restacking and realignment, facility planning, move management, migration planning and CAFM services. GGA is providing services through the United States and include more then 80 field offices, HQ projects, and data centers.
GGA is a leader in BIM technology and has provided these services to governments on projects in size from a few thousand SF to two million SF. GGA was recognized by the national AIA winning a national AIA award for its work in the GSA Design Excellence program. Currently GGA is providing BIM services on the Herbert C Hoover building, SEC, and the OCC.
As a sustainability leader GGA is providing full service LEED certification services to the federal and local governments and is currently working on the largest federal LEED Gold design renovation project in the nation for the two million SF Herbert C Hoover building modernization project.
GGA is leading federal initiatives in security and is currently designing the perimeter security for the Department of Commerce in the Federal Triangle. GGA has provide security design enhancements for more twenty agencies.
