GGA is a leading provider of full service architecture and interior design services to federal, state and local governments. In 2009, GGA was ranked in the top five firms nationally by Interior Design magazine for its work on government interiors. GGA has provided services to more then 20 government agencies and five local and state governments. GGA provides a full range of services to the government including planning, facility programming, building renovations and modernizations, interior design services, construction administration services, furniture services, graphics and communication services, move management and CAFM services. At GGA we deliver specialized customer service; we understand government clients, government requirements and protocols and the government contracting process.


GGA’s government work includes IDIQ contracts with such agencies as the SEC, OCC, GSA and PBGC and provides services to GSA under the ‘Design Excellence’ program.

GGA’s IDIQ contracts include architectural and interior design services for both large and small projects and includes new construction, renovations, building restacking and realignment, facility planning, move management, migration planning and CAFM services. GGA provides services throughout the United States and includes more then 80 field offices, HQ projects and data and operation centers.


GGA is a leader in new federal initiatives including sustainability and is currently working on the largest federal LEED Gold design renovation project in the nation—the two million SF Herbert C. Hoover Building modernization project.  Other important federal initiatives include security upgrades and building perimeter security and most importantly energy efficient building design. GGA is involved in some cutting edge federal initiatives including photovoltaic and fuel cell implementation.
