The Herbert C Hoover Building Modernization | GSA Design Excellence | Washington, DC

The Herbert C Hoover building is one of the largest federal historic renovations in the United States. The over one million square foot structure is being renovated in eight plus phases over a 15 year period. The project was fully designed by GGA Architecture. The project included complete cleaning and restoration of the facade, restored windows with new blast resistant interior windows, new building systems and cooling towers, new office space, restored historic spaces, and swing office space.
