GGA to Provide Design Services for a National Financial Corporation

GGA (GGA) is currently providing design services to the Washington, DC Headquarters of ICMA – Retirement Corporation. As a not-for-profit financial institution, ICMA-RC specializes in providing retirement products and services to public sector employees.
 
Working in conjunction with ICMA-RC, GGA is developing the prototype for the new corporate image and brand in an 8,000 SF addition, as well as spearheading the master planning and renovation of the remaining 100,000 SF Headquarters office space. Increased access to natural light coupled with new lighting technology enhance energy efficiency while the use of modern sustainable finishes and an open-concept layout update the space and improve employee comfort.
